Auto-Suggest
Draws candidates from Participants, filtered by age, sex and location — sends the result to a new Allocations or Availability Request page.Click a Role button to auto-fill that column from Participants (using the filters on the left). Drag to select cells. Fill down / Fill right copies within the selection. Every cell is a plain text box — edit or clear any suggestion by hand.

Location
Matches a participant's Location field on the Participants page — it has to read exactly "South" or "North" there to match. Neither selected = any location. A real town name (e.g. "Buckingham") won't match either.
