Bulk Session Cleanup

Archive or delete several matching sessions at once. Delete only works on sessions with no real sent-email evidence — anything that was actually sent can only be archived, from here or anywhere else in the system.

Pick at least a course or a date to see matching sessions.

Set-up mode (Delete buttons)

While set-up mode is ON, sessions and availability requests that have no sent emails show a Delete button, so test entries can be cleared away. When your data is clean, turn it OFF: after that entries can only be archived, never deleted. Participants are not affected.

SET-UP MODE IS OFF.

Remove leftover availability sessions

Not shown on the AV Responses list. Use this only to clear sessions that should not have survived the reset.
