Your sessions — what each one is, and who already has a real sent record
A session ID is ATT – course – session date – a random code. The code is only there to tell one record from another; it does not mean anything by itself. To tell duplicates apart, use Created (when it was made) and Drafts (how many Outlook drafts were made for it). Click Open to see everyone in it. "Proven sent" counts only real sends recorded for that person and session. If someone already shows as proven, do not send them the same letter again.
